Privacy

This is Arwa Sayegh’s personal website. You can read everything without creating an account or subscribing.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe, I use your email address to send you new writing. Beehiiv stores the subscriber list and delivers those emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.

The signup form loads from Beehiiv. It can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, including when the form loads. Subscription records can show which form you used; email reports can include delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes. Opens are not a reliable measure of whether someone read an email.

Beehiiv processes subscriber data to provide the service and prevent abuse. See Beehiiv’s privacy information for its own processing practices.

Website visits

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides Web Analytics, which helps me understand page visits and performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and without visitor fingerprinting. Hosting also involves processing technical request information. See Cloudflare’s privacy information.
